By using Nexus Health’s services—including uploading health data, accessing reports, or interacting with the BioMatrix, BaselineONE, or related tools—you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal and health-related information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that:
- You are voluntarily providing your health and/or genetic data
- You understand that this information will be used to generate personalized health insights and recommendations
- You may withdraw your consent at any time by requesting data deletion or closing your account
2. Third-Party Data Uploads
If you are uploading data on behalf of another person (e.g., child, partner, or client), you represent and warrant that::
- You have legal authority to act on their behalf
- You have obtained their informed consent (or parental/guardian consent for minors)
3. Use of Reports & Recommendations
You acknowledge that:
- Nexus Health reports are informational and not diagnostic
- Recommendations provided are not medical advice
- Any changes to health, supplements, or medications should be reviewed with a licensed healthcare provider
4. Early Access Program Participation
By participating in our Early Access Program, you additionally consent to:
- Using platform features that are still in development and may contain errors
- Providing feedback that may be used to improve the platform
- Understanding that Early Access features may change or be discontinued
5. Research & Product Improvement (Optional)
With your optional consent, de-identified data may be used to improve Nexus Health algorithms, support internal research, or contribute to aggregated health trend reporting. This data will never be sold or linked back to you personally.
