Ask the Nexus teamGetting started
What does Nexus do?
Nexus connects DNA, blood work, and health history in one analysis. It organizes findings and a proposed plan for a clinician to review.
Is Nexus for clinics or individuals?
Both. Clinics can explore Starter, Growth, and Scale memberships or request a platform demo. Individuals can explore our Core program, which includes blood tests and DNA, on the For Individuals and Pricing pages.
Does Nexus make care decisions?
Your clinician makes the care decisions. Nexus helps organize the case and its reasoning so the findings can be reviewed in context.
Tests & reports
How do I arrange blood work and DNA testing?
Use the Nexus DNA kit for genetic testing. You can order Quest labs through Nexus or arrange blood work with your own provider. Review Lab Requirements or ask our team about the next steps.
Do you offer a DNA kit?
Yes. Nexus offers a DNA kit, and it is included in the Core individual program. Ask our team about the kit and how it fits your testing pathway.
Do I need both DNA and blood work?
Nexus can work with DNA, labs, or both. The information available affects how much can be reviewed. Your clinician can help decide what is useful for your case.
What does a report include?
The sample report shows system-level findings, a priority map, and a phased protocol example. The clinician reviews the proposed steps before applying them to a patient.
Programs & pricing
What does the Core program cost?
Core is our program for individuals and includes blood tests and DNA. With monthly payment, you pay $500 today, then $150 per month beginning one month after enrollment. The first-year total is $2,150 if you stay enrolled for the full year. Cancel anytime; there is no 12-month commitment.
Can I pay annually for Core?
Yes. Annual payment is $1,700 for the first year, with no monthly payments during that year. This is $450 less than staying enrolled on the monthly option for the full first year.
What is included in Core?
Core includes the Nexus Health Genetic kit, initial comprehensive blood tests, cross-analysis of your genetics and labs across 9 biological systems, and a phased plan built around your biology. You also receive three custom follow-up lab panels based on your results, four total analysis reports across the year, quarterly progress tracking, and Nexi AI guidance.
How much are clinic memberships?
Clinic memberships are priced per practice: Starter is $250 per month or $2,500 annually; Growth is $600 per month or $6,000 annually; and Scale is $1,200 per month or $12,000 annually. DNA kits and lab orders are priced separately from clinic memberships. See Pricing for the included practitioner accounts, reports, and features.
