By accessing or using any part of the Nexus Health platform—including but not limited to BaselineONE, BioMatrix, and any associated reports, dashboards, or services—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the platform.
2. Eligibility & Intended Use
Nexus Health is intended for use by:
- Licensed clinicians utilizing BaselineONE for professional, non-diagnostic decision support
- Individuals seeking wellness insights based on their own lab or DNA data through our early access program
Nexus Health is not a replacement for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or a licensed provider before making any health decisions based on your report.
3. Platform Disclaimer
All outputs—including reports, scores, and protocols—are generated by algorithmic logic and should be interpreted with clinical oversight. Nexus Health does not provide medical services, nor does it claim to diagnose or treat any condition.
Nexus Health is not liable for health outcomes resulting from the misinterpretation or misuse of its tools, reports, or insights.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the platform for lawful, authorized purposes only
- Not upload, share, or generate reports using someone else’s data without their explicit consent
- Maintain the security of your login credentials and account
You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you upload, including lab results or DNA files.
5. Data Privacy & Security

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform—including AI models, report logic, branding, and design—is the property of Nexus Health, Inc. and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or repurpose any part of the platform without written permission.
7. Licensing & Commercial Use
Access to certain platform features is subject to a paid license agreement. White-labeling, API use, and enterprise deployments require a signed contract. Unauthorized use of commercial features may result in account suspension or legal action.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
